2nd, these laws permit life. In a vast and ancient cosmos of chance and change, anything that can happen will. Atoms from the Big Bang and the death of stars form molecules, bacteria evolve in a chemical "survival of the fittest," and bodies and mind emerge from a symbiotic collection of bacteria. We are living proof.
3rd, in the struggle to survive endless evolution and extinction, we pause to look up at the stars at night and ask ... why? We begin by invoking the supernatural to explain all, then science provides another possibility. Unable to reconcile revelation and reason, we nonetheless have to find a true moral compass to endure.
1st, the known universe is 13.7 billion years old, more than 3.7 trillion trillion miles wide, with over 100 billion galaxies containing some 100 sextillion stars. We now know it began with a bang and that most stars have planets. Importantly, the laws and forces of nature are the same everywhere we can see.

PROPHETURE is a trilogy of novels wherein a spiritual alien worldview of Surroundings, Self, and Significance gives a faltering humankind hope. While fiction, arguably it is not only possible but inevitable ... because it evolves from what we now know are three simple truths.
SURELY, others will arise. Because their science will find the same laws as ours, their sense of the cosmos will also be similar. Somewhere, somehow, one spiritual species will find a way to endure. PROPHETURE explores this inevitability; Turen's species is the only one to have ever managed it ... but first they had to overcome everything the cosmos could throw at them:
